The “Enhancing Soft Skills in the Digital Age” workshop is a comprehensive and interactive program that combines the power of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with essential soft skills training. Designed for professionals at all career stages, this workshop focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, effective communication in digital channels, virtual collaboration and teamwork, leadership and influencing skills, and adaptability and resilience. Participants will gain practical insights and strategies to thrive in the modern workplace while leveraging ICT tools and platforms. This workshop aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in a technology-driven and rapidly changing professional landscape.

The event began with a speech by the maestro who thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication throughout months and years. He also shared his best wishes for all of them in their future endeavors. After that, there were performances by various students which showcased their talents and creativity.

The event concluded with a group photo of all the graduating students along with maestro. It was an emotional moment for everyone present as they said goodbye to each other after spending so many months together in classes. The Advanced Level 2022 Farewell will be remembered fondly by all those who attended it for years to come!

The most adventurous and engaging program of the RiyasICT, The Scavenger
Hunt for the Advanced Level students has been successfully conducted on the 28th of
September 2022 at Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya. The event helped
students a lot to enhance student engagement as it promoted pair work and
student autonomy and nurtured inner motivation like interest and enjoyment.

4th consecutive annual Motivational Guidance Program for the students facing
Advanced Level examination in 2022 February has been successfully concluded on
18th of November 2021 in Kandy with exciting events to mentally prepare the
students for academics and society.

Academic workshops carried out at RIYASICT are not only an opportunity to
receive new insights or knowledge, but also an excellent chance to meet your
professional and academic peers and create your own network. While being
different from other types of educational events, e.g. seminars, trainings and
conferences, workshops aim to deliver practical skills, reflect on new concepts.

Most of our ICT students are engaged, motivated, and excited to learn during the
lectures, but some of the students are distracted, disinterested, and reluctant to
engage. So, we conduct motivational programs to build the team spirits and
mental courage of the students.

We build adventure tours that extend the learning students receive in the classroom. The Student Adventures team exposes students to amazing challenges and creates a tour that, while educational, is also fun and engaging for the students.
